Henderson Paddon has developed a long term view in serving the unique needs of First Nation communities.We recognize the values of honesty, trust and integrity in our work and seek to promote these values in each project.

We strive to respect and be sensitive to the cultural, traditional and social values of our aboriginal clients. Our approach for each project or study is to contribute to the larger goal of sustainable community development, working towards providing local economic and employment opportunities and infrastructure services that are self-sustaining, consistent with local values and priorities, and supportive of environmental stewardship.

Through working with over 25 First Nation communities and Tribal Councils in Ontario since the 1980’s, Henderson Paddon has successfully incorporated the community aspirations and concerns through our studies, investigations and projects. Our philosophy is to develop practical, cost effective, workable solutions for projects through effective consultations with community members and through an awareness of local practices, traditions and capabilities.
